I ran full speed into metal sheet fencing (like industrial chicken wire...) because of the perforations, it didn't show up on my nods (I started running less the 15 feet away from the fence... thinking it was an opening...

I managed to break mine at Rhino 2012. Helmet fell off a table (3ft maybe) and landed right on my 14, broke the rhino in half.
