Here we have different sets of laws, and you need to be over 18 (legal age of majority, right to vote, etc) to be able to legally buy, and own, an airsoft gun. That is because they are considered replicas and our laws are very strict about it.

after 2 month of research in what and how to get, the PTW M4Max hit my doorstep two days ago, after the field test i feel obligated to thank you all for helping decide.

Bah. The newest line of PTW's will be able to run the new M170 cylinder set that is coming down the pipe, and Systema is going to offer a retrofit kit for older models so they can run the M170.....Systema also now offers 2 types of PTW motor - high ROF or high Torque.

Soon we can hunt with PTWs...

Either that or they get put on the prohibited list and the military replaces their M16 with them.

The "SuperMAX" is still not available yet, Systema has not set a release date and they usually are in no hurry to bring a new gun to market. If you really need 600 fps at 15 rounds/sec., you have some isssues.

You can buy the 490 motor for your current PTW for about $250 U.S. if you want the energy-saving benefits. But the 480 motor on M130 or less will still give you alot of rounds on a 1600mah 9.6v battery.

The CF might replace their old guns, as soon as Systema makes and M1000 cylinder and 5.0g bbs
