What are the stupid things that happened to you during airsoft games? Failed assaults, stupid deaths or idiots on the battlefield, tell us!

Personnally one of my bad moves was to ignore/underestimate the ennemy force standing on the other side of the wall before charging. I never've been happier to play with LPEGs.

Also there was that time where I shouted freeze to someone because I was at a feet from his face but he tried to shoot anyway, resulting with him being shot several times.

The last but not the least was when I caught someone in his back and when I was about to shoot him, my gun jammed and I got shot, followed by a chain of pure quebecker language.

spent 20 minutes sneaking up on a guy outdoor, went to make my shot with my MK23 and my mag fell out, swore, guy turned around and shot me. Did not feel like the cool super stealth hunter I thought I would.

#1. I took the building on the top of the hill at DragonOps by myself - mercying the 6 occupants inside... to the tune of - "we're on your team asshole".

#2. Tossed one of my grenades at someone .. only to have it tossed back at me with the fuse lit.

One time at Trek in Calgary I was running super fast to get to a ramp, I ran over a pile of old bb's on the floor and slipped out and fell right on my ass.......what a nice assult that was!:banghead:

I was patroling in the bush when some one had shot at me and the bbs flew by my face. Scared the shit out of me and I stumbled backward, triped fell on my ass and had a broken branch sticking up rip my bdu pant 1 inch from my ass hole. I wasn't mad about the rip I was happy I didn't tear me a new asshole,lol.

During a CQB game at TTAC3, this particular game had medic rules.
Having been hit I was on the floor waiting for the medic. Either our medic or our commander comes running by, kicks a Desert egle mag up out of his webbing somehow and it clocks me in the head. Nice dent in head, matching one in mag.

So bit of blood.

Got back at it for the last round of the night, couldent hit a bloody thing.

Damn lol it wasnt just a GBB mag, it was a damned Desert Eagle mag. :D

It must have hurt I bet.

I tried to run accross a hallway at xtreme tactics, tripped and smacked my head into a wall. While i'm on the ground trying to stop laughing at myself, two of the opposing force come around the corner.

The funny part is that they didn't look down until I shot them. :D

I was at that same game at TTAC3 and I went in to cover my team mates when my team mate behind me shot me in the head with his SIG. Must have been 5 or 6 feet away. My fault I geuss for jumping in front of his line. woke me up tho.

Me and my bro where playing with my Stinger hand guns. We both snuck up on eachother behind the same tree, both peeked around the tree at the same time, and shot eachother in the ass at the same time... lol it was funny but from like a foot away it hurt.

Charged a hill with my G19 on a cold fall night.
Guys on the hill did not see me... 'til i jumped up and started screaming AAAAAAAAAAAA and firing. It went like this
AAAAAAAAAAAA BANG BANG CLICK FUCK OUCH HIT
Slide locked back due to cool down.

Another one was me and another guy sneaking around the enemy. Bad guy about 20 meters ahead not looking at us. We are in a small hole with dry twigs all over the place.
Me whispering: dont ....break...a...twig...

Then i put my weight on a giant log and CRUNCH. The thing breaks and everyone looks at us. If that didnt give away our position, me laughing sure did.

Crosman != airsoft :P

During a Wasaga game, my team had trouble taking a small hill in the far left of one of the fields. I thought that if myself and another could get there fast enough, there wouldnt be anyone there or we could take it by surprise. Noone decided to follow me, so I run up the hill get to the top.. and 3 of the enemy are sitting there. They start shooting before I get to the top of the hill, and I fell backwards on my ass and half rolled down the hill.. Didnt get hit. but it was still funny.

Did the hill become taller? Couldn't resist!

naa.. it was a long fall... didnt really hurt though..

Took the trouble of bringing my medkit to the big game at Rawdon. It was centered at the back of my belt. I slipped while running backward, fell ass first on the pouch, and heard a cracking sound.

Already having broken my coccyx, I feared the worst, and the fall hurt like hell. By chance, the cracking sound was just a roll of tape in a plastic sheath being crushed.

The coccyx did swell though. Learned my lesson, I now always keep that pouch off center when I work now.

in a game in kamloops BC, it took me about 5 minutes to get to the top of one of the hills and found a perfect spot for sniping covering our base while other teammates headed to the enemy base....
the enemies showed up...i popped two of them..they still hadno idea where i was....and then i slipped and rolled for a good minute to the bottom of the hill with thorns all over my BDU from the bushes....

another time, i went to taiwan and gamed with the guys over there....it was a CQB situation....i was clearing the rooms with another teammate....i went into a room...an enemy was aiming his gernade launcher at the door and all the BBs hit my side from the leg to the neck...glad i was wearing my vest...

also in kamloops..i was taking point in a ditch defending the base....a bee started buzzing around me....
being allergic to bee stings, i also have a slight phobia towards them. i jumped up screaming and got shot multiple times...couldnt find the bee after

I was using a machete to clear some growth on top of a hay bail bunker so that Stalker could have a decent spot to set up his M24 and keep a look out, until I started getting shot up hardcore. "OW, OW, OW, OW, I'M HIT, I'M FUCKING HIT!" I ducked down behind the bunker and I was still getting lit up. Turns out I stumbled across a wasp nest. Those little bastards stung me about 15 times

#1 At Rawdon being stuck in a ditch not being able to move, then being lite up by 3 guys who let it rip on me ( High caps pretty sure) adrenaline I was yelling hit so was foxtail and wasn't t'ill Poncho told them to stop and that I was dead man did that hurt.

# At Rawdon again being stuck in an open field with Droc and running like hell for cover. beacause we saw Raven and crew coming with the Argo, then droped for cover to be hit bye Sniper direct hit on top of head. Man I had an ear ache for 3 day's.

#3 At the last OpNAM we were playing a game and was able to make it around the field and not being shot. Made it to the comand bunker and hurried up the ladder and rolled to get into position and riped a hole in my BDU's and tried not to swear to give away my position. and waited for like 20 min up there, then I hear the rest of the player in the staging area talking away. So i walk up and ask if the game was finished there like ya 20 min ago.
Oops we forgot to yell out game over.

My brother was playing in a CQB game.
He saw a gun barrel pointed out through a window and managed to sneak up to it. He then whipped around the corner, surprised the half dozen guys there, and pulled the trigger on his G36 as the mag fell out and hit the ground with a nice thud.

I could here his AH CRAP! from across the building.

i remember that one. i was one of those 6 men. the funny thing is he kept yelling MERCY MERCY!! PUT YOUR GUNS DOWN OR I WILL $*#%*@ SHOOT YOU!! for about..20 seconds (?), standing like 10 feet away, before he realized we were all "coloured" the same.

i i forgot to take the barrel plug off during the first night game i played, been running around like that for about 20 minutes, before my enemy mercied me and said "were you going to shoot barrel plugs at me?"

I stand corrected... My biggest airsoft blooper yet was creating that squirrel thread on ASC!!!

I was advancing on someone in one of the buses at flagraiders firing single shots to keep his head down moving from the normandy area to siagon when I made it to the little berm my rifle stopped fireing and I the noticed 3 or 4 badguys at the other end of the berm on the other side so when my rifle died and as I went for my pistol I realised that the mag had follen out on my advance so when I aimed it and heard a click I went for another mag when I got shot in the ear by the guy in the buss....now I carry more mags than are needed just incase

there was a small field, with a building on the left, bush on both sides, and a road on the right. they had people in the tree line on the north side of the field, we had ours lined on the south side. The range wasnt that great, but the wind was strong enuf at that time so the BBs could make it across. SO we were preparing to do an open field charge while laying in the cover of trees, and just as the plan was devised, almost ready to get up.. and a god damn BB falls from the sky and lands on my leg.

I was snipering and was still waiting for someone to pass by this open area and realized they moved to another field on the otherside of wasaga and almost got shot by paintballers. :p Also rember getting some sniper kills and the guy who got hit looked around for a good 1 min before I got fed up and just popped out and waved to him.

One time I accidentally picked up a hockey stick instead of an AEG and charged into battle with it. I might have been hit about 100 times before I went down.

Remembered another one.

At The Ferry hid on the upper car deck in an open crate with the lid facing other team's stairwell, waiting for them to start coming down. Then i see 2 guys coming towards me from my exposed side, thinking they are on my team, call out a challenge. They dont answer... oh boy. Call it out again, wait a couple seconds and see them take cover... crap. As i was jumping out of the crate, which was about a foot high, i was pretty much in prone, popped a couple shots from my G19 and..... as i was jumping out my foot cough on the side of the crate. Down i went on the diamond plated floor with my entire weight landing on my left wrist (good thing i use my right arm , JOKE!). Hearing my screams of pain, they, thankfully, do not shoot me.

Real funny part is when there was no ice, i decided it would be a grand idea to use propane vented from a mag (in it's cold form) as a cooling device... I didnt count on the actual liquid going through my new bandaging and burning my wrist. Now i had a sprained wrist WITH a chemical burn to boot... happy times.

This is not my blooper but it was aimed at me.

A guy on my team snuck up about 5ft away from me. When I turned aound there he was with is M4 and Mk23 drawn ready to shoot. The kicker is he had the safeties engaged on both guns. I promptly shot him.

I was playing at the cochrane paintball field near calgary in alberta with some friends, we were playing in a wooded area with two tower bases (playing CTF) there were three people in the enemy base, I snuck up to a wall of tires in front of their base, start poping a few shots off at them to cover my buddies that were moving up behind me, I got both feet stuck in tires without knowing it, I went to move to the right and almost fell in front of the tire wall, I got shot quite a few times before I got my mouth out of the mud to yell hit :rolleyes:

From a while ago, i was sneaking up on someone in a bunker, shooting out of a little window or something, and on the corner with my Desert Eagle, slowly sneaking up. Knew he was right around the corner about 15 feet away with his back to me. Right up to the corner, swing out side, see him with his back facing me, slip i shoot and his some barrel or something metal while falling the BB i just fired ricochets back and hits me in the crotch. Guy turns around from the loud PING by his ear and shoots me in the leg as im on the ground with my upperhalf behind the wall and cant see him.

Now are we getting into stories or just bloopers? I'm sure more than a few of you recall the 4am wake-up call on the enemy base via digeridoo.

I was sneaking around a guy for about 5 minutes to take the best position. When I was finally in position, ready to take him out.... Took my M4 and aim for his chest. At this very moment, my body pin fall on the ground, the M4 split in two and my hop up and my innerbarrel fell on the floor. The guy turned on me, surprised. He didn't shot... so I told him : Euh... Freeze ?!

He finally shot me !

There are far too many i have no idea where to begin, and ive got all the scars to proove it.

About 4 of us were in a game at FR . We decided to use the forest to attack the drug lab. We were meticulous in our stealthy approach. We were slow and deliberate in our movements. Finally we found ourselves at the drug lab.
Surprisingly we took it easily without any resistance. haaha ! Success! Once upstairs we looked out onto the rest of the field.. it was then that we realized , the game had ended 2 games ago. The rest of the players were at another field engaging in another game.

this one time back home, a friend and I were playing a game with about 60 people in it. we entered the game like ten minutes late and could not find the enemy at all. so we were doing a recon around a bunker complex and my friend stumbled on a patrol of 8 guys. they were all within range of a mercy kill. the patrol leader told my friend "You can tag me and this other guy out, but the other 6 guys are going to waste you." My friend tagged the two guys out and dove to his right and took out four of the other 6 gus and I got the other two from distance. we wasted an entire squad... only to find out that they were on our team. we were the team killing fucktards!

Defending a base, I point out a guy behind cover about 40ft away, Apoc tosses a grenade out of the base.............. hits a tree........... bounces back within 10ft of us.........aw crap, dry peas everywhere within the base.

Pushing an assault with Quantis, Indigo, a few others at Quick Pass II, Quantis laying down support, asks me if I have my lighter handy, I do, tosses me a couple grenades to rip ahead of us. I light the first, pitch it, hits a tree and bounces back, not even 10ft from Quantis prone head shooting his SAW, I yell at him, he dee-dee's outta the way, it goes off. Crap, Apoc jinxed us!!!

And watched an assault of our base one day (four three story towers at four corners of the base), the two guys previously trading shots with the guy in the last active tower decide to run though the muddy grass and potholes, not even 80ft perpendicular to the tower, in an effort to get to cover on the other side. Both got mowed bad, then complained about getting shot while running. Shit, why not go 300ft around the base, enter from the disabled tower I was standing in watching (got hit earlier, watched the show) and take the base that way? No, gotta do a suicide rush, then complain because of getting shot. Oh well, was fun to watch.

Once I thought I farted, but noooooooo.......

Fuck, dunno how many times I've been on patrol or a mission with Ex_Royal as my partner, thngs would be quiet while we move stealthily though the bush, or are lying in wait for guys to show up to ambush, only to hear "PPPFFFFFFFFFFFFFaaaaarrrrrrrrTTTTTTT!!! Ah, that felt good!!!" from the side of me. :banghead:

Spent close to 20min hiding behind what I believed to be some brush...Turned out to be a opponent sniper in a suit. He turns around, my heart never beat so fast in my life :) .

During a game a Flagswipe.. near the end off the day.. we are all so tired.. they walk us out past the ravine to some back area that felt like it was 30 min away into the bush. Game starts, we all split off. Acouple of us start shooting where we think a guy is. Eventually I decide to push forward. I move forward and ended up going around the whole game area without firing a shot. And by the time I found anyone, the game was over.
