Duster gas pulled? Liabilities?

I picked up my p226 from the post office in my mall an hour ago, and when I went to get duster gas at future shop the guy said they were out and he didn't know when they'd be getting any. So i went to the computer department at london drugs, and the guy there said it was pulled because of liability issues.

Anybody else hear about this?

Weird... London Drugs in Saskatchewan still carry's it.

At London Drugs we started carrying Computer Duster behind the couter because theres a new fad. Kids sniff this stuff to get a high its stupid so we have to restrict the sale of computer duster. Quite amusing actually.

Duster gas = HFC 134a

Propane = Green Gas

Just remember that duster gas from future shop or london drugs or anywhere else doesn't have silicon oil in it. The HFC-134a or Green gas you can buy in cans does have silicon oil already mixed in it. So if you want to go with duster gas or propane remember to keep your gun regularly oiled. Also you'll need a duster adaptor to use the duster cans from futureshop or whatever in your GBB.

Lol, I saw this on the news. The shits stick the straw up their nose and spray, apparentally it i'll kill you after a few hits.

They showed a closeup of the chemical comp and the can they were showing was tetra!

ToRN June 28th, 2005 00:08

.....so that's why they didn't have tetra anywhere around here

Damnit, I really don't want to use propane in my 226 until I get the metal slide, or pay the extra $$ for airsoft packaged HFC 134A.

ah well, I guess I can start using propane, because I will be getting the metal slide eventually, so the slide will be replaced anyway, meaning that I don't need to be concerned with the old slide.

Does this approach make sense to anyone, or am I missing something?
