Just purchased a PX4 slide from boom arms, and haven't received any sort of confirmation email from them, only a paypal receipt. Has anyone dealt with them recently that can clarify their ordering process, because it is different from most other HK retailers.

They are legit.

Don't worry, give them 24-48 hours.

Friend and I spent tons of cash on slides there, most recent, he bought a PTS UNITY ATOM Slide with RMR, came within a week and a half.

If you are not confident, send them an e-mail.

Its 430AM in HK. Dont worry, they dont send any type of confirmation. You'll most likely get an email from him saying they shipped it out with tracking and telling you to message them when you get them item :)

Boomarms is great! I wouldn't worry too much. Give em some time!

I recently grabbed something from boom arms, they had issues with comms, after packages were sent to post office (hk)/sent back (lithium batteries)/not told of this/had to push..

Thanks everyone! I was able to get a message back from them, it seems that their online "contact us page" isn't working properly and I had to send the email myself from my personal email. They actually respond very quickly.
