G-series pistols

Does anyone know why stores in Canada don't carry marui or we g-series pistols anymore?

Glock has cracked down on unlicensed Glocks in order to make money licensing their own.

Local shops do, you need to go in-store.

They stopped advertising them due to licensing issues.

they are there

assuming you are talking about GBB ... you have to walk in or call them directly. as mentioned .. due to trademarking they don't advertise them.

but most if not all airsoft retailers will have a glock in some variation or other.

if you are talking about AEP ... they aren't technically meetings specs for importations. awkward canadian laws require a min factory FPS of 366.
An AEP will not likely hit that speed.

Ah i see that is good to know. Yea I am talking about the marui and we gbbp. I actually did email one of the local stores prior and all they said was the the product is discontinued. Guess I will have to go out and hunt for them.

with the lawsuit from glock, all manufacturers stopped making glocks. licenses have now been awarded to elite force and Cybergun. elite force's g17 and g19 are on the american market but are not available in canada as they only shoot a maximum of 310 FPS currently. maybe the CO2 versions will be compliant but only time will tell. for now local shops are the place to go but hurry as quantities are very limited

No, manufacturers did not stop making them. TM and WE don't give a fuck about Glock's cease and desist orders.

However stores have stopped advertising them for sale.

The web site which is in Canada that I bought my KSC G17 from also sells Tokyo Marui, and We Glocks. They have them in stock.
