on par with Guarder?
I had this exact same vest and quality is far behind any Guarder vest I saw.

IMO, construction wise and workmanship is on par with Guarder.

I admit,material wise, is not the same level as Guarder. My apologies to all for that part.

There are straps within the pouch to adjust the height of the magazine in the pouch
