Best Looking Suppressor For a G36K

I know i am still underage, 17, and im not getting my gun until i am 18, so dont spam all this crap about getting age verified and FAQs, but i already know what AEG im going to get, KWA G36C and convert it into a G36K, i was just wondering what suppressor would look best on a G36K, im thinking of extending the inner barrel through it, but im not 100% sure about it yet ..

Thanks for the help.:)

It doesn't matter which will look better to us. What if we think oh "this" looks better, but then you say it looks ugly. Go with your gut, and get yourself a silencer you like. There's a bunch of pictures on the Internet with silencers on g36's.

I'd go with a Gemtech Halo. Fast and easy to put it on.

A cat!

Wonder how many people will get that reference...

Personnally, I'd go with something with proper 5.56 markings. I'm growing fond of the HALO.

I was just going to slap this on a g36c with a longer barrel (if it will take it) and call it a day. http://www.airsoftforum.com/board/G36c-t22517.html

Not in the mood to convert to a K.

Surebet, be careful when Running With Scissors. ;)

My two cents: Any quick detach silencer with foam. Length is your preference.

In real life a quick detach silencer has its practical use, in airsoft it doesn't. Most of the time they're being used to hide longer inner barrels. The silencer will otherwise serve no real purpose on an AEG except make it longer. They do suppress the sounds a bit, but not enough for it to make a difference.

Oh, acually i was thinking of extendering the inner barrel through it.... lol maybe i should have said that in the first place :D

remember w/ the g36 you will have to remove the silencer to gain access to the battery compartment. Hence why a quick detach would be nice, also you wouldn't have to worry about F*in the threads on your outer barrel from taking it off and putting it on every game. CAREFUL tho i have heard many QD silencers don't work on the C versions of the G36 because the hand gaurd protrudes to far forward. GB-tech makes one specifically for the G36c, although they are steeep in price!

But really, the halo looks niiiiiice on a G36

Midgetkid August 9th, 2008 20:12

I must say, that is by far the sexiest G36K i have ever seen.

Interesting Halo. worth about $75

Is that mofo heavy enough to effect quick handling? Heard it is made of solid piece of aluminum.
