Alright, well I hope that some of you out there have the same problem that I do. I can't have a piece of gear without looking at it and deciding that I can make it better, the proceed to tear it apart and rebuild it...

SO, show off your pics and a brief explanation of what you did to it / plans!

I'll start:

Lastest project... 20$ Eagle universal chest rig = super light weigh range rig. Gonna add on PALS webbing + pouches.

RAID modded Cadpat for that tacticool look. Too much stuff done to it, and I don't remember most of it =P Next up is doing the same mods to a set of AR.

P82 Rucksack, bag low-mounted on a jump frame, CPGear kidney pad and issued yoke.

PLCE Ops Vest with utility, magazine and GP pouches swapped for standard PLCE and Webtex pouches. Back split into 3 pieces and clips attached for Camelbak.

P85 Smock. Buttons replaced, collar lined, woolen cuffs added, pit zips, velcro IFF patches.
