G36K Carry Handle Swap
 

Ok, as some of you know, I purchased the SRC G36K, and am loving it. However the scope integrated in the carry handle is a total p.o.s. So I am wondering if it is possible to swap the carry handle to a C or KV style (or any variant without scope)? If not, are there any half decent K carry handles out there? I have heard the dual optic handles out there were also trash

Just interested to head what you all would do if you were me....

All G36s use a standardized carrying handle mounting design, so they should all fit, even across different airsoft brands.

So even carry handles for shorter barrel guns (ie. C) would fit right on?

yes. the mounts and lengths for the rails are the same. my friend took a JG G36C rail and mounted it on his CA G36E no modification need just swapped them no issues

interesting, thanks for the info guys, so does anyone know anywhere to buy carry handles (preferably in Canada)?

Also, can you remove the g36c iron sights from the handle?

Thanks alot, that should be a standard 20mm rail right?

You could get just the cheaper and readily available version with built in iron sights and put in these spacers.
