Have you tried removing the fill valve entirely and submerging the orings in an silicone oil bath for a few hours or over night before reinstalling them?

If that still doesnt help you could always purchase new fill valves all together depending on which brand of magazines you have.
I have not tried taking the o-rings out entirely and soaking them, although I want to do that. The problem is, I don't know how to loosen or tighten that valve, is there a tool for that?
