If you made a deal item XX and the seller finds out he doesn't actually have XX, he has XY... the deal you agreed on is no longer valid because the item was the focus of the deal is not the one that it was made out to be.
Ie, agreeing to buy XX then not purchasing it because it's really XY is not flaking. This would be almost treading on the grounds of "retaliatory" feedback... Seller using the threat of negative feedback to bully the buyer into purchasing it anyways.
