Word has it that its a gen 2 SRC gun which are utter shit (hence the stupidly low price tag). If he has his dick set on an SRC then he should at least consider the Gen III ones which are at least decent. I have no idea what the long term results are, but I know a few people with the Gen III and initial thoughts are more positive than negative.
