The weird thing is that the gun fires fine as long as you leave the slide locked back, then insert the mag, then release the slide. It has to be in that order, I can't first insert the mag, then rack the slide.
I've included some pictures at the decocked/resting position, I noticed the hammer doesn't seem like it's going back all the way?
