I've taken intiative to search the web and find out the most I could on the G&G. I will be playing woodsball for the most part so it's going to be 25g bbs. Will range be affected by using a heavier bb? I also heard the piston heads were not too shabby. Will the viton orings i hear about fix the compression problem or should i purchase a new modify polycarbonate piston and piston head to resolve the problem. Also will the m110 spring make a difference in range without wearing out my gears or any other stock parts? I wouldn't mind playing with the whole gun stock but im scared to be dissapointed by performance. 380 fps would be a good short term goal for me Id be happy with that. last question 007airsoft or buyairsoft.ca?

Thannks a lot guys cause its probably not the first time u answer this
G&G Pistons are good, keep it. If you plan on replacing the piston head just besure to file down the key that it has ( locks into the key-way in the piston head) to prevent any rotation between piston and head. A G&G piston head should last a long time at 380 fps as long as you keep the POM cylinder head to keep the shock down. Seeing a you are new to airsoft I'd track down someone with a chrono and test the gun first before doing anything to it. After 1000 rounds your spring should be broken in, if your not shooting consistant 370-380's then your compression is low and replacing the Piston head O-ring and possibly the air nozzle should get you up to spec, I have Worked on many G&G AEG's and the O-rings are really hit and miss BUT a healthy (solid compression) Premium model G&G mp5 will run consistant 370-380's without a spring change.
