LOL 2 sides of the coin here fellas.

The Teflon tape method has long been agreed to be probably one of the cheapest compression mods you can do if your cylinder head sucks and/or has a bad o-ring seal. An o-ring nozzle will definitely do the trick as well as checking your main piston o-ring and replacing as necessary.

Seal against the hop-up rubber and nozzle should also be checked and the rubber replaced accordingly with one that matches well with the nozzle you're using.

As a general rule, it helps to use everything from the same brand to avoid compatability headaches. Unless of course you're using Element or ACM parts, in which case the above does not apply. Their parts are just a crap-shoot.
