sometimes the trigger set needs to be worked in. but something could have also been installed wrong.
have you done a full take down, cleaning and re-lube?
edit: you should also loctite everything. the bottom folding stock screw works itself out easily. Also a dab of glue on the bolt catch pin is a good idea. lost mine twice.
