MSA Sordin Supremes, PTT and your chosen radio. I prefer the Wouxun due to easy programming. Also look at similar styles from TCI and Peltor. These set ups aren't cheap (400+ on average) but are worth every penny for the digital sound reproduction, clarity of comms and reliability.
