Got dimensions from redalliance, and made:
First positive form from polystyrene, and paper:
After that negative mold from special silicon, and plaster (plus some foam outside to protect the mold):
And the helmet (layers of polyesther laminate outside/inside, and small PUR foam blocks between the layers):
Inside is from my Mich 2000 helm...
