Electrical resistance is hard to check especially on the internet :P
For VFC scar, maybe the carbon building on the trigger contacts can be an issue. VFC like to put some "conductive grease" on stock trigger contacts, and that sometimes turn into carbon residues.
Even without that grease I found both of the two VFC scars I used to have tend to have the trigger contacts getting dirty faster than usual.
To OP: What's the condition of that gun? New/used? When was the last time the trigger contacts being cleaned/replaced? How many rounds have it been fired using this battery or other battery?
