Combat medic are soldiers first, medics second.

They do everything a normal soldier would however they get to bandage guys up after.

They also carry the same weapons, if lucky get issued a C8 or C7A2. They are also issue sidearms.

They also carry a pack most of the time with all their medic stuff in it.

Here is a buddy of mine who really is a combat medic.
