Well if you want your gun to shoot at about 280-300 fps then a PDI 150% spring is overkill. That spring will give you about 350fps. However, from what I have heard PDI springs are not any good any more and are very inconsistent. By inconsistent I mean PDI 150% springs shooting over 400fps. A M90 spring will give yo about 290 fps just like a stock TM AEG.
