Contrary to regulations. He might as well be wearing it upside down, for how serious they take it. I just find it odd.

They guy didn't' care, he had a bunch of IR flags meant for the right arm, but he put them on both sleeves an his LBE. Probably so anyone with NODs from any direction can see his IR flags light up, etc.
