For the model guns I believe you need a license to purchase them, or if it's for a film then you need atleast an experienced props master with the right licesnse and documents.
If you do have all the proper licenses and permits then find a retailer that can import them for you, but I would suggest ordering from guns n' guys, I find they have better prices.
