the only company you can trust to have all their guns shoot consistently stock is TM. I've seen CA's shoot anywhere from 250-330 out of the box. Don't even get me started with G&G.
I can't pick the gun for you but I'll tell you what I tell everyone else:
buy a TM, it's cheap, effective, it'll last a long time.
when you want to upgrade to a metal body, sell your TM, buy a new gun, preferably that takes the same mags, Classic army is a good choice. Then replace the internal parts known to fail (bushings, tappet plate, piston) and your pretty well good to go.
