Keep basic stuff in stock like pistons and gears. I like a store/website that when I need a replacement part asap they will have it in stock.
It cost money to keep a large inventory, but it is worth it.
Give a 5% discount to preorders or something cause they don't cost you anything to store.
Be honest.
Don't price gouge.
Treat return customers well.
Free shipping over a certain amount is always nice.
