the outer barrel is loose, need to get back inside it (stock off) and there is a greyish ring with holes in it, at the base of the barrel. Use that to tighten it up.
And go to Canadian Tire, buy the Outters .22cal cleaning kit for $8, and a pack of 100 .22cal patches for $3.
