Internal upgrades can be complicated and expensive if you dont have the knowledge. The simplest solution is an upgraded hopup and tightbore barrel. That should add a small amount of FPS.
Internal upgrades for FPS vary, the most obvious FPS booster would be a spring. However other items can increase FPS as well. Spring guide, piston, piston head, cylinder head and air nozel to name a few.
