to answer your question. yes, in the right hands and with the right upgrades, it can be a great fucking sniper rifle. of course after all those upgrades, it wont really be a well anymore but then again, you will be doing the same thing to any other sniper rifle, so you are better off buying that cheap rifle than an expensive one. either way expect to rehaul it after you are done.
