If your gun is setup for reasonable velocities, with a normal ratio gear set, and your gearbox running smoothly, you can roughly expect 1-2 shots for every mAh your battery holds. This varies from gun to gun, and how you use it (semi or short bursts vs extended hosings), but it gives you a rough idea of how many shots to expect.
Plinking with my old stock TM M4 and the same 2000 mAh 9.6V Intellect nunchuck battery, I managed to get almost about 3500 shots of mostly semi and short bursts and a few sustained sprays between charges. Installing an MS110SP spring (from 280 to 360 fps) lowered that to about 2200 rounds between charges.
I've had similar results with my CA M15 and its old 8.4V 2500 mAh battery and my JG MP5 with its 1200 mAh battery seem pretty consistent with those results.
Both that KWA and Kraken fire pretty hot in the 350+ range, so I would expect you'd have similar results to what I had with my upgraded M4. Assume about 1 shot per mAh. Unless the Kraken's gearbox was opened, reshimmed, relubed, etc, it may not run as smoothly and may use up more juice to run.
Just a word of warning though. That Kraken may not survive extended use with a 9.6 V battery of that capacity. The increased speed may cause the weaker internals to break.
So if you're not a spray 'n' pray type player, you should be ok with one fully-charged battery each for the day.
And as amano pointed out, temperature has an effect on that as well. In winter, you tend to get less shots, and Ni-Cad batteries will usually fair better than Ni-MH.
