Yeah around about 350 would be nice, looking at airsoft parts.ca something like 100 or maybe a 110 spring...

I got the 110 spring, I don't think it shoots under 350 fps on my jg g36c, even after I shaved a few teeth off the piston, but that could be due to tight bore i added, so I'm not sure. I think you could just add the washer and bearings to the spring guide to stop the cut end on the spring from gripping into the spring guide causing spring torque.
Also they sell the irregular springs but I have not idea of any adverse effects of cutting coils from one end versus the other with the tighter coils. That is something to consider.
Also new springs work in over a few weeks/months and the FPS gets lower.
