Most people would say to stick to TM, CA, or ICS, but Clone brands such as JG are getting MUCH better. The aftermath brand is also a good bang for your buck if your willing to do some simple upgrades out of the box.
but first, Are you over 18? If so, get in contact with your local age rep so you can look at the classifieds.
If your under 18 you can start yourself off with some clearsoft with your parents permission, but it is better you wait until your 18.
