Played a game in -20'C once (-36'C with windchill), 3/4 of the guns broke between cracked bodies, snapped tappets, and jammed hopup rubbers (not really broken, just don't work in the cold.)
I play at the mill in Quebec and we often play in -10 to -15'C but its indoor so no wind chill. As far as I know nothing major has broken there due to cold. The CA249 has a brick of a mechbox so no real worries about that, ver.2 mechboxes are the only ones that really need to worry in the cold. Also batteries die out in the cold and I think I read that its not healthy for the batteries to run em in the cold (like -20'C) so make sure you use a large pack, mini's don't do well.
