New Gear Box

Two weeks ago i bought a TM Sig 552 and i was wondering if I buy a gearbox from the U.S. will it be seized. Or is gearboxes and other air soft parts fine as long as its not the whole gun itself? Thanks in advanced.

You should have no issues importing a mechbox from the USA.
I recommend shopping around though, some retailers down in the US like to over charge for shipping.

Gearboxes should be fine, though I did get a KA one seized. Took 2 months to get it release, but I did eventually get it. The reciever itself is restricted and would get seized.

Read the FAQ's its all answered there, but yes a metal body would be a no go.

I would look for one locally, check out the retailer section on the top left corner. Once landed from the US, it will probably cost you the same, if not more. Not to mention the wait.

I suggest: http://www.airsoftparts.ca/ if they don't have what your looking for I would ask if they can get it. With a quote and how long.
