Could I keep my bbs bastard during the winter without degradation of the quality?

If you keep them in a temperature neutral (20-26c), sealed in the bag out of sunlight, both styrene and ECO will be fine. With ECO suck the air out of the bag and make sure the desiccant packet supplied with the product is in the bag, and it will be fine.
