Today's "what the vest" thread

Looks sortof... like a CB PACA with some sort of mag pouch attachements, but I'm quite sure it isn't. I thought of a BAE Eclipse, but it's also different from it... Then, what is it?

I quite love the look, and I'm thinking of something like that for CTACS as something that would be relatively light, looks good (airsoft is 90% about looks :P) but also would be stable (I don't like belts, and micro rigs... bleh, just not my thing).
Plus I'm a CB whore.

Taken from Magpuls Dynamic Handguns (DVD 2).

Thanks!
Conker

Kinda looks too small to be a PACA. It kind of looks like the hard plate carrier that wey ferro made but with PALS webbing to attach those pouches. It'd be a great CQB rig for good movement and weight.

Definitely not DBT FAPC.

The wraparound design, large velcro areas and the tabs/integrated mag pouches (3rd pic on Carter, next to the chair's backrest) reminds me something like the BAE Eclipse MSPV with the MOLLE panels removed. Maybe some different attachment.

Front mag pouches also resemble the BAE M4 6-mag pouch, heavily modified (the guy with the SASS has 7.62x51 PMAGs in em)

After checking the Eclipse website, it really looks like the ECMPV with CIRAS shoulder pads and MOLLE panels added to the front and back.

What I added to my OP:

Plus I'm a CB whore, and it looks fucking great in CB.
EDIT: Looking at the sides of the vest, it is definitely the same mag pouches integrated into the elastic straps. So now... where do these MOLLE panels come from?

More screenshots.

And checking the credits, it's written "Eclipse, by BAE"... so not much hesitation, it's definitely it.

I want to note for my defense that I'm not affected by the "it's in Magpul Dynamics, I must have it" syndrome.
I still hate Aimpoint T1 and M&Ps^^ Tho I now want more TAD Gear and this ECMPV :P
