Shattered Air Nozzle
Hi, about a year ago, I was playing around with my low end AEG (CYMA CM0506 AK-47) and I heard some jamming, and opened it up to find a shattered air nozzle and I haven't gotten around to fixing it until now.
It looked like this and was made of clear plastic. I know it's a pretty dirt cheap AEG, but I was wondering if it's possible to get a compatible replacement, as everything looks fine except the piece that has been long ago shattered and disposed of.

did you even look? They are called AK47 air nozzles. you can find them on almost every site that sells internals.

I was just curious to whether all AK models were compatible, especially with a low-end AEG like mine.

CYMA is compatible with most "TM compatible" parts. I have used both Modify and Guarder AK nozzles with great success. You may want to replace the tappet plate at the same time as that will likely be made of the same clear brittle plastic. V3 (version 3) tappet plate. Modify parts are great and are available from www.airsoftparts.ca
Hope that helps.

It helps very much, thank you. So I opened my gearbox and noticed the tappet plate looked a bit worn, so I'm going to buy a "Modify AK Nozzle" from the place you suggested as well as an AK series tappet plate. Should keep my gun alive a while longer.
I have another question though. I lost the battery for this AEG a while ago. I believe it was NiCD 8.4v 700mah or something similar. The closest I can find on airsoftparts.ca is an NiMH 8.4v 1600mah. Will this be compatible? Or is it too powerful? And what is the difference between an NiCD battery and an NiMH battery?
