Problem with Magpul PTS Masada

Hello,

I have buy an used Magpul PTS Masada but I have one problem with.

The BBs are not going all the time in chanber (nozzle front). It's take minimum 20 sec in auto mode each time I change mag to work properly.

I have look more seruistly at all of the parts of this massada to know where is the problem, but it's my first time and im not sure. I don't know why, but the nozzle don't go back before forward. Is't normal ?

I can give you some picture or video to help you.

Thanks

PS: sory for my english

Edit: You can look at this video: https://plus.google.com/photos/10711...16077865176161

Could be mag
When you split the upper and lower apart and slap in a mag does all the bbs shoot out the loading channel quickly.

Could be bucking
torn Hopup bucking or bucking seated too far backward.

could be nozzle
worn tappet plate.

send pic/video to tech@milsig.ca
I'll be away till Monday.
