Spring/ fps

hey guys im gonna go pick up some springs tomorrow. I realize they have there fps rating already but i have heard they very from gun to gun. I was wondering if anyone has a ics M4 and what springs size they have used to obtain 350 fps and 400 fps with .2.

My ICS M4 is shooting just under 345 with an SHS M90 spring.

My piston snapped before I could try chrono it with the original spring, and when I swapped the piston, I also swapped the the spring, and I've only ever chrono'd it with the M90. I couldn't say what it takes to get to 400.
As usual, "remember that 400FPS is a limit, not a goal". You should be safe with an M110.
