That TT Canteen Pouch...is it a tight fit or does the canteen bop around inside?

It's a tight fit for a canteen, bit of a pain to get the canteen back into it when you're wearing the MAV. I'm using it to hold a 500ml nalgene bottle, it's a big loose in the pouch, but is a lot easier to get in/out.
