the flame is just shaped differently thats all and thats probly the minor detail so they can make it without a license and avoid a lawsuit

I would had thought there would have been some sort of technicality to it Cassius, just wanted to make sure. Why not ask a guy on the development team about it right? lol :P

Nother note, my comment was that the ballistic masks themselves do look based off of hockey masks, which in many ways they do.

Dusti, what you can't see from web screenshots is that Salem's mask is actually painted a faded desert camo with the flames added on top. The flames also start from white to flamey.

Rios' mask is almost perfect and I'd most definitely buy it but on the other hand, Salem's is plain ugly and far from looking like the in-game one. it's not to avoid any lawsuit since Rios' is almost 1:1 and since they use non copyrighted images of our game on their website.

Dracheous, you're right, they're quite similar to hockey masks indeed

i was talking to cactus hobbies, i had asked about getting 5 masks shipped to canada and they said for them to arrive in 3 days it would be $73 shipping approximately and less if they shipped to USA then canada ( 3 day thing was straight from Philippines )

Ordered 5 of these things...

They're decent... It took 'em about 3 weeks to make 'em.. but when they were shipped they arrived within 3 days.

Build quality is good.. my only concern is that the screws holding the straps on tend to back themselves out and get lost..so as soon as you get one.. apply loc-tight

They're 100% gamable.

The padding inside is extremely comfortable, the mesh lets you get a really good view...

But I still prefer my 15 dollar Sensai mask (Slimmer, more natural to aim with)

Those are cool masks. I've never seen any so wild looking.
