Hmm, this lcd headset you speak of, is it homemade or did you buy it somewhere? I'm pretty interested in getting some kind of headset for a wireless camera but I don't know where to start.

Also, the truck is pretty bad ass. :P

fat shark is the company i got my camera from. The truck has clodbuster style axles the rest is pretty much made by hand. This was my comp truck for rockcrawling events. it did very well so i thought why not adapt it for a airsoft drone. it can go pretty much any where so i thought it would be perfect for control through camera.

Way cool man. It gets me thinking of those robot gun platforms I saw on the Military network. I was wondering if you gave any thought to what one of the guys posted about a AEG attachment? A modified MP5 or a stockless M4 would probably be the best. Needless to say, with a drum mag. If you're staying with the launcher idea, what about using the shotgun shells? That way you could put a 4 or 6 barrel configuration on there, just have to use longer barrels and more servos. Still, looks great. Keep at it!!

ya that was my original ideas was to mount my mp5k on it.
The reason i didnt was shooting accuracy. it is very hard to keep the turret from moving with the vehicle. theres pros and cons with suspention. to make a vehicle able to go over any terrain you need soft articulating axles. the bad side is while you are driving through a camera it can get very hard to see as you bump around a lot. having the gernade launchers makes it so i dont have to be spot on with the aim. from 50 ft it should be hard to miss with 140 shots flying at the enemy. firing a single aeg would be very hard to get a hit as every shot would shake the camera more. but who knows what i can figure out in the future.
