Okay so I opened up my mechbox and checked the shimming and resistance on the gears. Everything appears to be fine. I swapped out the M120 spring for a M100 spring. After re-assembling everything I put in my TM EG-1000 motor and used a 9.6v 3800mah battery. After adjusting the motor height I was able to get the gun to finally fire. But it still makes a loud screech like maybe the motor isn't tight enough on the bevel gear. But if I increase the motor height any further the gun with no longer cycle.

I think it's time to let a gun doc take it from here.

What kind of pistol grip are you using?

I've had problems where the aftermarket grip didn't sit properly on the body and sleightly changed the angle of the motor causing major headaches.

I'm not saying that's what it is, but it may be a possibility, as most have covered the basics before me.

I'm using a G&P Sniper grip. It's the one that looks like a PSG-1 grip. I actually considered it being the grip so I'm going to quickly try using my stock TM grip and see if that helps. That would suck if that is the issue though because I really like the look of my G&P grip.

And damage, are you the doc that works out of PoCo military?

That's the grip I had the problem with. I re-shimmed and inspected that gearbox about 20 times before I finally realized it was the grip.
