So when you have a situation where the slide doenst return all the way forward does a good tap on the front of the barrel fix it? For instance the slide jams half way. If you smack the muzzle it immediately returns to battery?

Nope, it doesn't return to battery if I smack the front. However, if I push hard on the rear, then it goes back to normal.

Check your piston head. I bet it's broken.

The piston head seems fine....the oring was slightly unseated when I pulled it out..is that a problen?
Also....should the oring on the piston head be protruding from the head by like 2 or 3 mm?

That's precisely the problem. Basically the oring gets out of place and jams up the nozzle. This results from a cracked piston head or a loose oring. Do you have a pic? There's a "cup" type and a normal oring type.

I cant find my camera for some reason right now....so I looked for it online.

That's the cup shape. Change your piston head to an oring type and you'll be fine.
