Well I think I've settled on the Tavor. If shit really hits the fan and I end up hating it for some reason, there's about a thousand WTB adds for them in the classifieds, so it shouldn't be too hard to get rid of regardless.

I'll still get a UMP one day...when I can afford to have more than one gun at a time

That's what I thought, took me a month and a half to get rid of mine. And I ended up trading it to a teammate... had no offers whatsoever on it, hope your luck is better than mine.

I've handled both, and yes, they do feel very similar. The Tavor doesn't have the two stage trigger, but meh. In terms of how the gun feels in your hands, they feel near identical, though the Tavor does feel somewhat bulkier.

G&G makes one, but they're not really my thing.

I'm glad to hear that the Tavor feels similar to the AUG, as I loved the feel of the AUG, but hated the mags (though the seeing how much ammo you have left is cool).

I'll agree that the P90 is the king of bullpups. It's the only one I can really stand using. Then again, the only other bullpups I've used were the AUG and L85, and don't like either of them.

That being said, the Tavor is a sexy looking gun. Wouldn't mind checking out a Real Sword Type 97. They look pretty nice.

The P90 seems very efficient. It's comfortable to hold, it's top loading....but I think they're the ugliest firearm on the planet.
*edit BTW, thread title updated

As ugly as that gun is, if properly painted camo, it can be quite effective, since the shape is so distorted. The FAMAS is the ugliest gun in my opinion. If they make a new one, they need to eliminate that massive carry handle, and install a rail. I've handled the AUG, FAMAS, and Tavor-21, the AUG is the most ergonomic and easy to use. The two stage trigger is neat, but I found it slow to react on semi, even with upgrades. The AUG mags are awesome in my opinion, and not having to look/ feel around for the mag release is sweet. F2000 is also cool, I'd love to try one out. BTW, the TAVOR from what I've heard isn't the best gun mechanically, so if you get a lemon you might be SOL. FAMAS has V1 mechbox, which is solid as a rock. AUG has a V3 AUG mechbox, which has some unique parts which are hard to find.

P90 and Tavor are king of Bullpups... I don't like the AUG (too big) lol, Tavor feels solid. Just get the Tavor already, then make a review out of it

there is already a review for the Tavor on here. Can't remember who did it and I'm too lazy and tired to look.
