Hey Biorage, when you had that pic up I noticed your set up had a gas tube. Did you modify it to fit with your RIS II or did yours come with a hole for a tube? Mine, like many after market handguards doesn't have the ability to run a gas tube

Dong your rails are pure sex.

Wilkie, the tube was chopped to make it look like it went inside "the hole", my alternative was to drill a hole for it to go in, but decided against it.

Just measure it properly. I cut mine half an inch to short, but still hidden because of mount hahaha.

Wilkie, when I mounted the MK18 RIS on my WE M4(GBBR) all I had to do was drill out the hole on the top of the ring that goes on the receiver first. You just need a drill bit slightly larger then your gas tube drill out the filled hole between the posts used to line the ring up with the receiver, and presto you can run your gas tube to the receiver hole.

Ya, I was originally thinking about drilling a hole, but didn't end up doing that out of laziness. May end up doing that and reserving Bio's idea for my URX 4

Figured I'd drop in and shit all over this thread with my own VFC SR16 I recently procured. Changed some externals and in process of changing the internals. Oh, and let's not forget dat paint. Yeah.
