KJW Sig Sauer P226 Frame

Hey guys, I know this is probably a somewhat inauspicious first post, but I've been playing airsoft now for years in Manitoba, and I recently bought a few upgrade items for my KJ pistol.
The trouble is while installing a new set of grips I inadvertently stripped out one of the tiny brass bushings that the screw threads into in the plastic of the frame.
So, my question to all of you fine knowledgeable individuals is: what is the best course of action from this point.
Is it practical/feasible to try and find a new bushing to install (I've done SOME looking and found nothing), or should I go the route a friend of mine suggested and find a metal frame and swap everything over onto that?
I actually don't mind the plastic frame (yes, scandalous I know) but at this point it seems like it would be both easier, and more advantageous in the long run to upgrade to a metal frame.
Sorry for the rather verbose first post, and thanks for whatever help you guys can give!
Peace!

you can just epoxy the bushing back into the frame again

My apologies. When I said I stripped it out, I meant I stripped the threads from it. lol
I epoxied them all in quite some time ago to avoid them coming out (I've dealt with this sort of thing before), and while tightening the new grips down I overdid it and stripped the threads out of the bushing itself.

Contact KJW and get some replacement bushings to press in? Or if they're any kind of standard size, get some from a hardware or fastener store.
