Inverted vs Non-Inverted MOSFETs: what?

I'm having trouble trying to figure out what the difference is between inverted and non-inverted MOSFETs for a system I'm trying to figure out how to build. Operationally, what is the difference?

What do you mean? There is no such attribute for a MOSFET.

Are you talking about N-type or P-type?

You mean "inverter" or "inverted"?
Be very specific because they mean two completely different things

I think Kos-Mos got it right, my guess is that the OP wants to know the difference between positive wired and negative wired circuits.
