Nice!
Unfortunately CBC out here is in a bit of "panic!" mode, but it's starting to galvanize players to organize so it's not entirely a bad thing; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-HXgkm9NQio |

ummm guys... 450 fps = 500 kph...
That's high for a stock aeg but easily attainable with a spring change and BA's go higher so. Just saying it might not have been a slip up but it's reasonable at either 500 kph or 500 fps. |

Is it just me? Or does it seem like Canadian news has less of a (biased) opinion.
This is comparing with other news sources...I kinda like CBC. |

It's a shame that more of the actual interview wasn't used, the news crew was on site for almost two hours and we talked alot about responsibility and self regulation. We also discussed the need to educate both the public and the government on the what the sport is and to not focus on the weapons so exclusively.
But in the end, it was all new to them and the guns and gear and the most basic points is what seemed to be focus of the story. Keep in mind it was a short report but I'm still happy that we got a chance to show something positive about the sport. |
