search help

hi, im trying to find a really old post from a specific member regarding a gun i bought from him years and years ago. when i search posts started by that user, by going though his statistics, i cant find the thread/post... really it doesnt even show me any guns he sold in the past... so its making my search extremely difficult. i did try searching what i thought the title for the for sale ad was but still nothing.

i read there's a forum archive for guns that have already been sold and yet i cant find it :s

the sale had to have happened 5-6 years ago

It does date back to 2007, for example it shows threads he started in 2005.
You sure you bought it from him specifically? It wasn't manchovie or some other similar name? He has tons of sale posts.

No I'm certain it was him. I just wanted to see what good forsale price was, so i know what it was worth then and i can adjust the price according now. Its a upgraded gun and i don't know what to price it at for when i put it for sale. I don't want auction it either

price 8 years ago is nowhere near what price is now.. it's not even a good starting point.
